Strong Capital Enterprises ("Strong Capital," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to strongcapital.us and to the Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) tool.
Information you give us. When you complete the Financial Needs Analysis, contact us, or book a consultation, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, marital and family details, occupation, income, monthly expenses, debt balances, insurance coverage, retirement and other assets, and your financial goals. Some of this is nonpublic personal financial information, and we treat it accordingly.
Information collected automatically. We use privacy-focused analytics that measure aggregate site usage. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
We use the information you provide to prepare your Financial Needs Analysis and personalized report, to respond to you, to contact you about your results and about financial products and services that may fit your situation, and to operate and improve the site.
We use it for these purposes only. We do not use your financial information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share it only as needed to serve you: with the licensed Strong Capital professional assigned to your analysis; with service providers who operate our infrastructure under contract (our database and email providers), who may use it only to perform services for us; with insurance carriers or financial institutions when you ask us to submit an application on your behalf; and when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
If you submit an FNA, you consent to being contacted by email, phone, and text message about your analysis and related products and services, including by automated means. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time — reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us at the address below and we will remove you.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems, and access is limited to the people who need it to serve you.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing communications. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law.
To make a request, email us at the address below. We will verify your identity before acting on it.
We keep your Financial Needs Analysis and related records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A Financial Needs Analysis may include the ages of your children, but that information is provided by you, the adult, about your household — we do not collect information directly from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated policy on this page.
